Jay was very helpful and kind to us. He helped my husband set up his new phone and apply a screen protector.He shows quality through his services and we were able to have a lovely conversation with him. Will visit this store again for sure.

Fantastic service and price - best on the High Street by a mile.Professional service from entering the shop with a polite and helpful approach to resolving my Samsung charging problem. Even though I could not charge my phone, they were able to charge it for me resulting in no 'down time' until the new part was received and fitted.Perfect service and would recommend to anyone thats requires a professional and helpful experience.

Great service, super quick and very reasonably priced. Took my iPhone 11 pro in with a completely shot screen and 35 mins later collected the phone, bought a new case and got a free screen protector with their deal. Won’t ever use a different shop for repairs now.

Efficient, helpful and friendly customer service from Cheltenham Phone Care.I emailed an inquiry about broken glass on my phone and received a prompt, helpful reply regarding the cost of repair and the time it would take - 30 to 45 minutes.I took my phone in and when I went back it was read and, looking good. They do what they say they will do and I highly recommend this business.

Absolutely amazing service and the staff are great and helpful!After the charging port on my phone gave up, I initially tried claiming on my gadget insurance. But they wanted the £80 excess just to have a look, and it would need to be sent off for who knows how long!So I decided to look locally. I found these guys, had a reply within an hour or so and came in the next morning.I had the phone back the same day, all sorted, very happy! Decided to buy a screen protector and they applied it for me (I've failed miserably when trying to apply them in the past!) Then bought a new case and screen protector for my other phone as well.All in, it was still so much cheaper than letting the insurance deal with it, and infinitely quicker and more convenient! I only wish I'd come here sooner!If I could rate 6 stars I would! Definitely going to come back for all my phone needs in future.

I WAS VERY WORRIED ABOUT FIXING MY PHONE AND I HAD GIVEN IT IN TO THE GUY. WOW WHAT A GUY HE IS , fixed my phone straight away without a hassle . I am very pleased of this service which I would recommend to other people and should go down to this shop. Couple shops didn’t do my job which I wasn’t pleased of and I suggest everyone comes down here.
