Rhino Removals

Just moved house this week, leaving behind my home of 18 years. I cannot express enough how totally fantastic Rhino Removals are. Cilla in the office is lovely, helpful and efficient. The two lovely men who turned up on moving day were wonderful beyond belief and so kind. Everything was done with a smile and they made a stressful and emotional day so much easier. I would never, ever consider using anyone else, but don't plan to move for years, so hope this review helps them in the future.I'm editing my review 18 months later, as I had to unexpectedly move house again. I cannot thank Rhino enough. Kieron and Dan were so lovely yesterday, at what was a very stressful time. They worked above and beyond what was expected, with nothing but kindness and patience as they moved my mountains of boxes and items. Yet again Cilla in the office was as lovely as ever. Second time of using Rhino and I would never consider using anyone else. Thank you all so much.

Sadly I have to write a bad review as all communication seems to have stopped and Rhino team won’t respond to me.I used Rhino based on the great feedback, reviews and recommendations but wish I hadn’t.I had my removals near the end of March (prior/before lockdown), I was messaged very late the day before the gentlemen were going to be slightly late (which they turned up very very late that morning)I was provided with very young removal men and other gentleman (about 6 in total in 3 vans) my partner and I were asked to remain in another room while they carried out the work.I was advised prior to my removals my TV would be safely wrapped and put in one of the vans but they put it in the front of the van and were extremely rough with our other items as they were rushing the job.Upon unloading the items I was still at a safe distance and they again rushed the job.The removal men all left very quickly and said “we are done here” before my family or I could check to make sure everything was in the right place and no items were damaged before they left!.Which made me suspicious, I had a check round my new house to check on my items and noticed many items were damaged or broken.Just some of these were including my daughters toy box, our microwave, our master bed was completely broken on the front legs, other electrical equipment and under our sofa legs (easy gliders from DFS broken off).They had also misplaced my screwdriver toolkit (which I had to buy another).I reported everything within 24 hours (4 months ago) they responded very quickly and said they would look into this inc screenshots of the items I bought.I got no reply, within a few weeks I contacted again and they asked for more info which I provided. No response (few weeks later I left it).I rung and left messages, emailed a further few times, no responses and all communication stopped around the start of April and not heard from them at all.I’ve not been rude, I’ve been really fair and honest with providing as much detail as possible.I would not recommend using them as my problem (still to date) has not been resolved.

The team from Rhino were great. They were a hard working crew, took good care of our belongings, were fast and it was a good price. Nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I can't thank Rhino Removals enough for their excellent man van service in Leeds. The team was punctual and handled our belongings with respect. I would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers:)

What a great experience, I wanted to move furniture around the house, including a very heavy step machine up some awkward stairs. These guys were great, so strong but very careful and attentive and charged a very reasonable fee. I totally recommend them.

The two guys who did my move were brilliant! They worked really well together and moved all my stuff effortlessly. Nothing got broken, which I've had happen in the past, they were very respectful with my belongings. Friendly and helpful. The least stressful move I've had. Rhino have been so helpful, I would definitely recommend them.

I have used Rhino twice already, and have booked them again for my imminent move. They are very reliable, their charges are very reasonable, and they make a difficult job as easy and pleasant as possible. I would thoroughly recommend them for their friendly and professional service. For a pensioner on my own, moving home is very daunting - they make it so much easier for me to cope with.

Just had these guys move me into my new flat.From a top floor flat to a 1st floor flat, with a stop in between.The lads were friendly, helpful and efficient. No complaints and had us all moved in within 3 hours. Absolute legends.Highly recommendedThank you

I’ve used Rhino Removals before and was very impressed with them so they were my first choice for this move. Justin was very patient when I had to change move dates and kept me updated at all times. Sean and Denny were brilliant at loading up the lorry quickly in Eastbourne and also unloading in Wigan after a very lengthy journey. They were enthusiastic, funny, very cheerful and efficient. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for price, communication and great customer service. They are simply the best . Thank you.
