I ordered an item from the sellers online presence on Amazon - Lavington online - a Brushed aluminium 8 litre pressure cooker. I was sent a 5 litre black pot. I returned at my own expense for a refund. The sellers claim they did not receive the item although I have a signed Proof of delivery from Parcelforce to Direct Tableware at Cutlers House. They have not refunded - I sent this item back on 25th March.Read less

Products were dirty, seemed quite old.From the rude staff, to what turned out to be actually very little stock for many of their items we were told were in stock at the time, means it’svery difficult to be deal with this company.It’s hard handling false delivery times when having enough to do with opening a new restaurant!
