Elizabeth and Tricia were lovely. Their customer service skills are excellent. They understood my needs (I have a health condition) and took care of me really well while sorting out my photographs including framing up several for me. Thank you very much Elizabeth and Tricia.

They never seem to print the right thing for me. Recently they printed stuff for me and it wasn’t the right stuff and l was charged £8.

I would like to share my wonderful experience with Snappy Snaps Ballymena today and to mention especially Trisha Scullion as without her help I couldnt have delivered my Niece's birthday present today. Being technology disadvantaged I couldnt get my order completed online and I called the shop and with the image emailed through she edited it to suit and within 2 hours she had the canvas ready for pickup. Awesome service

So quick and efficient, print outs straight from phone in under 5 minutes. Staff really helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Very reasonably priced and good selection of frames with discounts.

With the absence of the old style phot studios, snappy snap is all we have left. I feel they do a job half as well and cost us twice the price. You might be better off taking a really good photo on your camera and getting it printed at a kiosk ( at some other store) . The prices are atrocious. Another option is to use the self check photo booths at different supermarkets . They will do just as fine and cost less.

Very nice lady approached us as we walked in and we explained we just wanted one picture printed A4 and she did it in seconds!!! She could not have done more for us, unless she paid!!! Great lady and a credit to Snappy Snaps. Wish I'd taken her name. There were two ladies, but the one who helped us was the older lady. Not that the younger one did anything wrong, just she was helping someone else

The young lady was so helpful to me finding my documents on my phone to print off and got everything sorted that I needed doing , I would of give six stars but there's only five so snappy snaps will have to live with this .
