Old Havana Swansea

Not a great experience overall but instead of complaining I’m just going to say things that could have been improved.To start with if you are out of a certain item it’s good to inform the customer before they begin to order on the phone that you’re out of certain stock (avoids having to refund and deal with other issues).If you’re going to have to make customers wait for a long period of time (after a fault of your own) it’s usually common to offer at least complimentary (or at the very least apologise).I understand the bar staff were new and didn’t seem comfortable behind the bar but these things will come with time but they still should have been trained properly.Cocktails were generally okay from the barman that knew what he was doing (very helpful guy overall) but when the same cocktail was made by a different barman it was completely different tasting and looking. Just a case of proper training to help consistency.I’d be more than happy to discuss further but it wasn’t the worst place I’ve been to, just needs improvement

Went there with a friend and we were served our drink pretty fast. They were really nice and tasty but then made us wait 50 minutes for our food. It wasn't even that busy. It was a bit annoying. Hopefully it was only a one time thing.

Myself and my partner went here before going to watch Paul chowdhry in the grand. It had just gone 5 and it was pretty empty inside. Rather than be greeted and asked what we would like to drink/eat we had the lights dimmed on us to the point we could hardly see.This isn't the first time staff have been extremely rude as last year myself and a few others went in for drinks at 8 after visiting winter wonderland. We were told they were closing at 9 so we had to be quick, yet online it stated it closes at 12.

The tapas is to die for. the four of us decided to try lot's of different things, ten dishes altogether.... Everything was beautifully cooked and arrived at the same time, we didn't taste a dish we didn't like. Lovely friendly staff tooWell worth a lunchtime visit

Nice place for rum cocktails but a little pricey for swansea...over all a decent bar for cocktails but the bar food is not worth the price...as nice as it is.

Lovely place. Friendliest staff. Always check if everything is okay with food, orders etc. Nice food. Been to the restaurant at lunch time. Only downside is that its taken a while the food to arrive. Not enough cheese on Nachos. Recieved more cheese upon request. Recommend.

Gorgeous food and amazing coffee is always appreciated, especially when the staff are friendly, courteous and know what they are talking about.If you have an allergy let them know and they'll help you out.Sitting outside is a must on a sunny day (as long as you don't mind a bit of traffic noise).
