My son’s iPhone had a cracked screen and Ali fixed it within 30 minutes for £45. He also helped to put on a new screen protector. Very satisfied with the service and highly recommend.Thanks Ali

I have been to many phone repair shops in the past but The Phone Repair Centre on Watford High Street is by far the best. Amazing service, fair prices and such great hospitality. My phone completely died...we were recommended to use the phone repair shop Watford....they were so good checked out my old phone ....I ended up a pre loved phone...which I now love! They sorted everything data, photos etc charger cover all with a smile...congratulations on your fabulous customer services.

Every time I come to the Phone Repair Centre, they exceed my expectations! They are wizards at repairing even the worst water damaged phones! I am thrilled that once again I am leaving with my phone restored to me. And for a very fair price too. Thank you so much!

Unscrupulous crooks! Went in there to try sell my old phone today after having gone there last week and was given a quote.The first indication that they were up to no good was how the original price quoted was now suddenly £40 less, because prices fluctuate".Arbi then wasted an hour of my time "testing" the phone (it worked well prior) and stating how it wasn't getting signal. Again it worked well prior. Then he came back and suddenly spotted a mark on the phone (the phone was in pristine condition before this) and surprise surprise the price had to be reduced by a further £30.Save your time and energy. These time wasters are crooks!!!"

Really disappointed. Replaced the battery on my iPhone and it is worse than before - it plummets so badly that I got stuck on the Tube without a means to pay. This has never happened to me before in three years of having the phone. 20% to zero in a matter of minutes. The charging connector was fixed well and that now works. The screen was broken as part of the repair. To his credit, he admitted fault and replaced the screen, but this screen is inferior and has a light shining through at the bottom of the screen. It all would have been forgiven if the battery had worked, but instead I've paid £80 and will still need to get a new phone. I'll go to the iPhone store next time instead of going somewhere unofficial.

A truly terrible experience. They replaced my broken screen at a cost of £120. Within three weeks the screen became highly defective, intermittently going on mad fits where it clicked randomly and in rapid succession on anything and everything as if it had a mind of its own. These people flatly refused to honour their statutory obligation to repair a patently dodgy screen. Horrible experience all round. Would give zero stars if I could.

Dropped my iphone11 seven floors, out of a window and completely shattered the screen. Brought in to repair the glass and they completed it in less then an hour for an amazing price. The staff were very kind.

Extremely professional service and the best price range in town. The shop assistant was very knowledgable and they have supported me and my daughter to purchase and update our mobiles. The assistant went an extra mile to support my daughter to safely transfer the content from her phone over to the new phone.I will grade them the highest possible for their customer service and availability!
