I am an online buyer for over 10 years and this is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. They sold me the wrong product. They charged me £££ for next day express delivery and my item was delivered 5 days later!!! When I discovered the item was not what I had ordered I tried to call them and NO ONE was answering the phone until 11:30 AM!!! When I finally spoke to some one she said she would transfer my message to the warehouse manager and they would call me back which never happened. I called back and then they were trying to convince me it was the right product (I ordered dark grey- they sent me yellow- I AM NOT A COLOUR BLIND).They did not accept responsibility of their mistake and they have been extremely rude and untrustworthy.
