Would have given this company no stars if I could. Have taken our money but not delivered. not responding to emails or calls.

I have ordered and paid for goods, but they have not been received. I have tried all the numbers and their contact form, but have had no reply. One number fails to connect. Another number is forwarded to a local solicitors, who have not heard of them. Beware.

Same as other reviewers. No contact, no order confirmation apart from the PayPal receipt. Don't touch this company. I have not received my order. First number I called that shows on their website stated I called an incorrect number. The next number I called went to a solicitors.

BEWARE. Money taken but goods not supplied within stated time. Very poor communication. Full order not supplied because of problem with fabric supply. Partial refund eventually given. Part order finally delivered but item faulty, poor quality, no labelling re: washing instructions, company logo etc. Now awaiting refund for that. Have had guidance from Citizens Advice who work with Trading Standards about the way forward. Have since sourced what I need with a Good Housekeeping recommendation and at less than half the price from Dunelm. Should have done more research!

As others have put. No stars. They take your money and run. No email contact no phone contact. All telephone numbers are unobtainable. Do not touch with a barge pole.

Should be NO STARS! Do not order from this company. Never received my order and only received a refund via filing a dispute with PayPal.

Very strange set up. I did get one return email but after that no communication, no order acknowledgement and no order number. Terms and conditions breached. I was lucky, my money was refunded quickly when I emailed mentioning breach of contract but something needs to be done about this company. Thinking Trading Standards might be interested.
