Great gym, great people, very welcoming. Plenty variety of classes, take your pick! Coaches are seasoned competitor black belts with well planned classes for complete beginners to advanced! There will be something for everybody here.Highly recommend for anyone looking to try something completely new and different. Good even just for some serious fitness if not looking to compete.

Been taking my son jezza to the sessions for the last month or so and he loves it as do all the kids. Pete is fantastic with the kids, I really could not recommend more highly.

Superb coaching staff, with black belt tuition and different backgrounds. The facility is well kitted out, with a whole array of classes on to suit different needs. All top notch guys and girls who are keen to help one another and give you some tough rounds. Can’t recommend the gym enough.

Turned up in my own as a total beginner and was made more than welcome. Totally relaxed atmosphere and a superb work out from start to finish. The instructors are full of knowledge and are always willing to take their time to go over every little detail. All the lads that have been going for a while happily talk you through moves, going over what they have learnt, all after bending you in half first obviously. A great gym that's got even better in the couple of months I've been going, with new rogue equipment and barbells, you'll soon condition your body for that level of fitness that'll put you head and shoulders above the rest. Honestly a superb group of lads that are more than capable of helping you sweat and learn a great skill. Couldn't recommend it enough to anyone at any level. Hopefully see you soon

The gym is a great place to train for all levels, with outstanding facilities and very experienced instructors. Would highly recommend. Great team to be apart of.
