Had my ear health and hearing checked out here on the 7th August. I have met both of the owners, Lyn and Cerez ( pronounced Sheri) who are very friendly and professionally qualified. Lyn made me feel relaxed while she explained the test process and then my hearing analysis was indicated on a chart. The examination room is part of the Dragonfly Wellbeing Centre on Mannamead Road. I highly recommend them and the setting.

I've just been to see Lynn- I've had issues with ear soreness during and after swimming not solved by over the counter wax removal drops. Lynn was amazing: so kind, gentle and professional. Explained everything clearly.Now I can hear everything! I didn't realise how bad it was.Would definitely go again! Thank you again

My partner needed wax removal for the audiologist to be able to do impressions for new hearing aids. Cerez came to our home and was very professional and explained the procedure fully. Cerez was an absolute lifesaver today! Just as we were about to leave for our holiday, my partners ear became blocked and couldn’t hear properly in his right ear. He has had this before and it really impacted on his anxiety and stress levels. We didn’t want this for our time away. I rang Clear Hear and Cerez was able to fit us in at short notice. She also cleaned out his left ear for him too. The Clear Hear Clinic was a very welcoming, calm and clean environment. Cerez was great and really professional. Thank you so much for saving, what could have been, a very miserable holiday!
