Bupa Dental Care Chester

Fantastic service would definitely recommend it to all my friends looking for a top dentist.I was so lucky to get Dr. Janet Potter to do magic.I was scared of dentists and would constantly let my teeth get really bad before seeing a specialist.8 years since the last time I visited the dentist in Saltney that has filled my massive holes with silver via NHSAfter a couple of visits to Bupa, I became a man to realize there is nothing to be scared of =)) Now I can open my mouth wide open without thinking there are black silver fillings, and plus cracked tooth got rebuilt and repaired looking like nothing has ever happened to it.Big thanks again to Dr. Janet Potter and her team for putting a smile on my face and rebuilding my confidence

Very good dental service. Pain management is excellent, I haven't really had any and I have had several fillings. Philip is always encouraging, supportive and realistic re treatment options. I've been a registered there for several years and no longer feel any real anxiety about attending an appointment. Previously I did not register with a dentist for some years as I had a dental phobia.Update.Mr Brown ( Philip) consistently recommends essential treatment and has a most reassuring manner.

Always put at ease here, each appointment is getting easier, as a nervous patient trust is important and I am very happy with the care I receive. Regular check up and a hygienist appointment, given advice on how to take care of my teeth and gums from both.( never too old to need a reminder) Always treated well, with respect, and everyone is friendly. Continuity is important to me too and I always see Dr Janet Potter and Gill the hygienist.My teeth feel amazing after seeing Gill ,she is a very thorough and experienced hygienist and I value her advice and care. I will never like going to the dentist, however I don’t dread it anymore as I trust these people.

Phoned this morning to try ask to register my baby. Told no. Explained that on the internet it currently states they are taking on under 18 year old......then receptionist just put the phone down on me. Horrendous way to deal with someone.

I first visited Janet Potter in 1991 having avoided the dentist for about 6 - 7 years through fear after having a couple of bad experiences as a child. Janet was really reassuring with me and gradually I became more comfortable with going to the dentist. I moved away from the area in 1997 and had to leave Janet Potter which I found very sad. In 2010 I returned to the area and came straight back to Janet Potter. I followed Janet Potter and her hygienist Gill Stagg to BUPA dental care where they continue to give me first class dental care in a reassuring manner. At my last appointment Janet Potter built up one of my lower canines I explained to her that I am still nervous about the drill and find the noise of the drill unnerving and asked if I could wear headphones and listen to music to help me relax. Janet explained to me that lots of people don't like the sound of the drill and I was welcome to listen to music. She queried what music I was listening to. Both Janet an her nurse were really reassuring throughout the appointment and kept me calm and relaxed right through the appointment.

I have been a patient with Janet Potter for over 25 year's or more, Janet is so professional and a very lovely personI would recommend Janet very highly indeed

I love Bupa dental clinics, their service is great and the dentists are top noch. What's not great is the discrepancy in pricing between clinics. Under one company i have never seen such variations in prices for the same procedure.Why is a private routine check up in Chester £79 and the same procedure in Birmingham is £49.Why do private crowns start from £912 in Chester and in Birmingham they start from £134.Why is a new patient check up £104 in Chester comapred to £80 in Birmingham.

I had really bad dentist anxiety from previous dentists that prevented me going for check ups for years, something that I now regret.Coming here has completely changed how I see the dentist. Each of my appointments has been great, no pain, mildly relaxing. I have been walked through the process and made to feel looked after.The difference between the NHS and private dentists is clearly obvious, Janet and Gill really look after you.

I am a lifelong client of Janet Potter, and couldn't rate her more highly. She is incredibly professional and has always given my family outstanding service. Long may it continue!
