I have used this company to order my favourite vegan products for a year and a half, they USED to be fantastic!! However, in the last 3-4 months Bulk have seriously gone downhill!! The quality of the vegan protein powder is terrible now,It literally tastes and has a texture like sawdust!The delivery is slow and problematic, the orders go through wrong (x2 issues with no help) and then customer service is now disgraceful, they have shut the phone lines, the live chat doesn’t work and the response is minimal and unhelpful!! I ordered my monthly supply and then they billed and sent out twice as much and have refused to help me with this error! I have had to borrow money to cover the costs and work out how to get it stored as they are not helping!! Needless to say I am now done with this company!!! Please do not use them as they should not be able to treat customers like this!!

STAY WELL AWAY!!After initially going away from bulk 2 years ago because of a few terrible experiences, with wrong orders and a non-existent customer service,i returned to give it another chance.BAD MISTAKE.I ordered 2 pre-workout on a next day service.what i received was 2 beef whey islolate protein powder.Since then i have sent multiple emails for an update on my order and have heard nothing back.This will be my last time as a customer with these frauds.

Ordered complete probiotic tablets but arrived with very limited use by date that wouldn't have enough time left to consume what I bought when highlighted this with them they suggested I could return them at my cost even though they encourage bulk buying and yet fail to ensure checking there is adequate time left on products, now effectively paying for their mistake, not happy at all, would never purchase again from this company.They simply don't seem to care.

One of the best whey protein out there especially in England, I tried allot over the years, so yes this is good when combine, taste, price, delivery, package, how it settles in my stomach. I order the 2.5kg whey protein just a few days ago, felt lighter, almost no bloat, and oh my gosh Stevia , tasted excellent ( white chocolate ), and mixes really well just in cold water with non of the grainy bits - will order there pre workout and report back...oh compared to others the prices are pretty good and they have discounts nearly every month, good delivery too like next day. Think I found my main protein supplier now . Ps only thing is wish they had a app for easy purchase sometimes there main website lags,

We have been ordering from Bulk for a while now (4 years), and the quality of their products and service is just outstanding. Last time we ordered, one of the protein bags was punctured and the powder spilled out a little. They sent us a new bag right away.Last year we made an order containing Chia seeds, and we found out just now that they contained some sand. Not a big issue, just sieve it and done. But they refunded me both bags. Simply outstanding service all together, thank you Bulk. Looking forward to ordering from you in the future.

I've ordered from BULK (formerly BULK Powders) now for a few years and have consistently enjoyed their great offerings! Not only are they inexpensive, their quality of products is very high, AND, they offer great discounts!I'd have given BULK five stars if their website would function perfectly. Alas, I still have to open an Incognito tab in my web browser and log in there, because clearing my cookies in a non-private browser (I use Chrome on Linux) doesn't let me use the site. I've mentioned this to them twice but after almost two years now it's still not fixed.Also, their customer service seems to use a translator app to address inquiries. They should hire people who write the language of the respective website's language, instead of relying on an automated translation service. It can be confusing communication with customer support (and has), and it looks unprofessional.The same goes for certain parts of their website, some headers appear in a language other than the website's language; for example I've seen (what I believed to be) Danish on the Dutch Bulk website. It is confusing at times, and, again, not to mention it looking unprofessional. A company of this scope should have this stuff sorted out immediately, but it's been this way since I placed my first order with them, years ago.Packaging is crisp, but could use some fillers to protect the ordered items (never had anything broken, though, except for a free bidon they sent me).Delivery is fast (five days tops). Mind you, the orders have to come from the UK, so it's understandable it takes this time to reach its destination.Anyway, while BULK's products may not be the best of the best, I'd say they are about 85 to 90 percent compared to the best out there, yet for a FRACTION of the price, giving you great value for money! In other words, why would you pay almost twice as much to get only 10 to 15 percent better quality? The only reason I still also order from other companies is that BULK doesn't offer those specific supplements, or not in the quality in which I want them; if they would, I'd order them from said company too.I strongly recommend you give BULK a try, I think you won't regret it!

Awful experience. My order arrived damaged. I immediately contacted the company. I sent many emails, trying phoning but number doesn’t work. I’ve heard nothing. I’m left with a damaged, unusable item and have had no response from Bulk. A complete waste of money.

I placed my first order and arrived timely,l however some of the products are very close to the expiry date or have an awful taste, as they use palm oil. I have contacted their support team but is just awful. I am based in Spain and expected to pay the return cost back to Poland for trusting you would send me quality products? This is probably the worst customer service i have ever received in my life. Last time.
