Stuart is an absolute fantastic salesman. He is knowledgeable, attentive and patient. From the beginning to the end of the transaction he reassures you every step of the way and there is no pressure to make a decision. We're very happy with the Citroen Berlingo we purchased. The service we received from Motorhouse was very helpful and the purchase straightforward and easy. Stuart was knowledgeable about the vehicle. Only downside was it came without a user's manual.

Reserved a car online as we live in Devon. I was nervous of doing this without seeing it after a bad experience elsewhere but Chris and Stuart were brilliant. They talked me through the vehicle and sent a video. We arranged to go and collect a week later and the car was even better than they had described! We put a deposit of £500 on a vehicle for our 89 year old disabled father, and agreed a part exchange for our car, but the next day our car developed a fault with the gearbox. We were completely honest and told Stuart what had happened but they would not go ahead with the deal, or return our deposit and have now left us with no money to put a deposit on another vehicle. Now our 89 year old dad cannot be driven anywhere and is stuck at home. I have e mailed them to explain but have had no reply at all. Humanity at its worst as far as I am concerned.

Recently purchased and swapped my car for a nissan. Chris was brilliant throughout the process very patient and always available when needed. Overall very happy with the car. Only down side for me is the alloys are corroded, I wasn't aware about lacquer being on alloys on the car so thought it was just an easy clean but it's going to be a complete refurb on all the alloys. No fault of the garage but note to self to look out for these details when buying a car.

I was struggling to find a car due to the chip shortage when I came across a Swace at Motorhouse Coleford. I phoned Stuart who deals with Motability and 20 mins later everything was completed. I went up the following week to collect the car. Stuart was very friendly and made everything so easy. It must be the easiest vehicle transaction I have ever made.Just one thing if you need an adaptation done to your car make sure you have it done when doing the deal on the car as it costs 4 times as much afterwards.Overall I highly recommend Motorhouse Coleford and would deal with them again.Update: The Suzuki Swace SZ5is a really good car and better then I expected due to not having a test drive. It's absolutely packed full of tech and is such a pleasure to drive. I love my Swace.
