I was asked in a text survey to make comments after my appointment but was unable to complete it on my mobile. I wanted to comment on a person that stands out to myself and my family at your practice is Karen at Reception. Karen is so friendly and helpful despite always looking like the busiest woman in the world she always takes the time to show genuine compassion to your situation and tries to help on every occasion. Karen has the patience of a saint and myself, my family (who all have pets) and our pets are all so fond of her. Karen is a complete asset to your team and should be recognized for her efforts. She is always my go to person when my fur babies need help as I know no matter how busy things are she will do her best. Thank you Karen x

When I arrived at Taylor Vets, Clarkston Toll I was told that they had no record of the appointment I had booked over the phone, I'm guessing that the issue was caused by the merger of Shedden Vets and Taylor Vets. I was relieved and pleasantly surprised when the vet assured me that it wasn't a problem for her to fit my dog in to her surgery. The vet was informative and helpful and the experience was positive for myself and my dog.

Taylor Vets are excellent. All staff are helpful and welcoming. Catriona McKinnon is a brilliant caring vet whom I’m sure is excellent with all pets, however she has an amazing affinity with cats. My cat is so chilled out when she visits and I’m delighted to hear that Catriona will be running cat only clinics at EK branch.
