Syston Doors

Very poor, theee calls to arrange for a door to be supplied and fitted, one call to say they would come out and then nothing. Left messages etc and no replies. Used a firm out of the county.

Rang in the morning asked about 2 industrial warehouse door, eithercaught the receptionist at the wrong time, really unhelpful . Had to hang up

Excellent. When we broke our door at 3.00pm they made new parts to repair it that night.

Really poor been chasing a part for a door for 4 weeks and still don't have it

Really disappointed with their service. Our shutter door failed so we called the out of hours number. 6.39am so not the middle of the night. Whoever answered was rude and kept questioning why we had even called him as he didn’t do the repairs. Why is his number even on the out of hours message? The other number didn’t answer. I am a local business and local businesses should trade together. Suffice to say I went elsewhere and they are happy to attend this morning.

Excellent customer service, I have had an electric shutter from Syston Doors plus they do all my servicing. I had a issue with the roller shutter on my van today , Paul rang me straight back and his team have resolved it within hours absolutely brilliant. Highly recommend
