Recently got my phone fixed here after breaking gorilla screen which is supposedly indestructible. Having been to a few different shops prior we were shocked by the price however found that this is the going cost due to the type of screen. It was competitively priced with these guys. Had a minor issue with the phone and took it back to them. There was no questions asked and they took it back and got it fixed as soon as they could without asking for any extra at all. Really appreciate their services and will recommend

Terrible. Put fake screen on my phone that had a damaged screen. Which made my phone worse and it started jumping from one app to the other. I took the phone back and was told it's my fault as a pressure point has appeared?? They refused to refund my money. Don't waste your precious money here.

Very good experience in this shop. I got my business phone and was microphone stopped working. I couldn't deal about my business without phone. These guys was very helpful fixed my phone in just half hour for reasonable price and haven't lost my business as well. Thank you

Very professional staff. Promised to deliver within a time frame and did so, unlike others who I have been to and take hours, whereas TX PHONE ShOP BEXLEYHEATH took 35 minutes. Very reasonable prices, especially considering they offer warranty with a phone screen repair. The staff are not pushy and understand that I would much rather shop around and find the best price, and then negotiated around this, which is very useful. Would definitely recommend coming here.

Terrible service and attitude. I paid to get my screen replaced and by the time I got home the screen wasn’t working properly. I returned to the store and they were quick to blame me for their cowboy job. They refused to fix or refund. Take it from me, stay clear of this place as the replacement wasn’t even a genuine screen. Which phone shop would replace a phone screen and give it back to you with rubber bands over it?? Save your money as they are not genuine.

I brought my phone as the screen was broken. The turnaround time to fix it was quick so I can't complain.... Not until the phone is fixed and I started to notice problems. Screen is either not responsive or too responsive, but the worse problem is when the screen goes off on one and continually selects anything as if there was a glitch. Other issues is that screen resolution is poor, pixilated. I paid over £125 to fix this but now it seems like a waste of money. Avoid as unfortunately they use cheap parts. I was excited to use my old phone again but I guess I'll have to buy a new one.

I got my phone UNLOCKED and screen fixed yesterday and they did a great job! My phone was in bad state and they brought it back to life and it is as good as new. The repair was very responsible price and the service was quick too. I'd definitely go back if it ever needs fixings again... highly recommended thank you
