The Old School Art Gallery & Craft Centre
Lovely gallery with some beautiful art focused mainly on the scenery and animals of Yorkshire. Much of the art has been commissioned by the gallery from local artists. The owner has some great photography of the area for sale. I presume that Richard was the owner but maybe not. The gift shop is very nice as well.

Didn't expect a craft shop & gallery in such a small, very nice village. There was a great selection of all kinds of artwork and the owners were very friendly. Bought a painting and it was delivered overseas in a very good condition and we are so happy looking at it everyday. Hope to be back one day and visit the teashop as well after a walk in the beautiful surroundings!

This is a cute little shop in Muker. And the gallery houses some wonderful and unique pieces. You can also get a hot drink and a cake. There's a little garden out the back where you can sit.

Beautiful location and warm, friendly service. A great place to buy a gift for someone special. Have already earmarked some jewellery for Christmas gifts! Light and airy cafe offering a range of drinks including good quality coffee and delicious cakes. Will be visiting again soon to view the new stock of prints and paintings. We'll worth a visit.

Such a lovely laid out gallery with coffee, tea and cake. Great selection of souvenirs and prints too.There is a lovely resr courtyard with an upstairs gallery.I've been working on the cottage next door for 6 weeks and the staff are so friendly and helpful and they always had time to stop and say hello.I'm looking forward to seeing them again soon

Absolute gem of a gallery and gift shop in an unexpected location in Muker. We planned a walk from the village and had the opportunity to look in the gallery after the walk and sit in the lovely garden. They do self serve drinks which was great as the pub and tea shop where close when we visited.

The Old School Art Gallery & Craft Centre
Beautiful gallery in Muker, we could have spent hours looking at the work and, had the weather been kinder, sitting in the lovely walled garden. We are delighted with our Richard Walls photographs of the Muker Meadows and our Anji Timlins and Hester Cox cards which will remind us of the stunning views and peaceful energy we were surrounded by on our summer holiday in the village. We even came away with cards to send at Christmas: beautiful scenes of the area in the snow, Richard Walls photographs again. I hope to visit again when we are not camping and have more room in the car for shopping!

Really interesting place to visit. The shop has a good range of locally made products and the gallery is excellent.
