I found it useful to go to their showroom, and be able to ask questions, and the memorial looks great, professionally installed, and a good value. I would just warn that they did take more than 6 months to install it - wet conditions accounted for some of the delay, but I had to chase progress several times.

We used Sheffield Memorials to replace our family monument at Crooks Cemetery in Crosspool over the years due to the weight and ground underneath it had collapsed. From the design to the setting of the monument this was all handled in a professional courteous manner. Keith kept us up to date on every thing & the final result was a first class 10/10 monument, 5 stars is not enough & thanks for all your hard work and professionalism it was appreciated by our family. Gold writing on stone keeps coming off . So upset . Should never happen . All the stones around my dad's look great , dad's looks old and a mess . We visit his stone , it's very sad to see . Get nowhere talking to them .

I'm writing this on behalf of my mum she passed away last year, they gave us a price to put the headstone back on which was already our father's head stone we paid the price plus how much extra for new words then they started adding money on it started at £200 then they wanted £290 then it changed again to £500 ,this is the worst place for a headstone the most disrespectful company I've ever come across they still haven't put our dad's and mum headstone back on, her anniversary is in 8 days

Second time we've used sheffield memorials, found the staff helpful and approachable, waited four months for the stone to be put on but this was through no fault of this company... the long waits were due to approval from the Church yard and not in the stone masons control. The headstone itself is beautiful and well worth the wait. Highly recommended and we will use this company again.

I would never use or refer anyone to this company. Total disappointment from start to finish. Even the negative reviews on face book have been removed by the company ….started over 10 months ago…they took a deposit and spent months spinning out stories and promises that never materialised. The company treat customers dreadfully. My family have been through the worst time ever because of loosing my brother through Covid….they have no compassion at all..they have missed four promised dates over four months when we had arranged for a family gathering …on the anniversary we had to change plans last minute…it was embarrassing they promised knowing this and then didn’t hit the dates….astonishing from start to finish….in all my years of dealing with customer service …this is an example of how not to treat customers.

Matthew is one of the most sincere and helpful people my partner had the pleasure of speaking to. He not only handled the loss of our son with respect but I feel through the conversations she had with Matthew, she began to heal. Losing a baby is traumatic but Emily always came off the phone to Matthew with a smile. When we immigrated to Australia he kept us informed at every step of the process and truely helped us through a time that was filled with darkness.Thank you does not seem like enough.
