Rude and unprofessional staff at the front desk. She asked me why I wanted a home delivery for my medication and wanted me to tell them my conditions while people were waiting and could hear me. They went to their manager and in less than a minute they just told me no your not in the age group for home delivery in a sarcastic manner regardless of what I just told them and in fron of other customers there...

Very rude dispensing assistant at the till. I paid with card and she failed to give me a receipt. When I asked her for the receipt, she gave me an unreadable receipt from the cash till instead of the card reader machine. When I complained about it, she started shouting at me and I was surprised to hear her saying she can’t give me receipt from the card reader because I paid using contactless. At this day and age? What an ignorant woman! A wonder the type of training she has received to work at the till. Finally, one of the pharmacists came and got me the receipt from the card reader whilst she kept on shouting abuse at me. Surprisingly, nobody told her stop but another rude lady came to tell her to ignore me.Will never go there again!

Friendly staff who are always fast to serve

I've used this reliable pharmacy for the past 18 months. The staff are helpful and friendly. I order my medication online, and my prescription medicine is ready when I go to collect.

My medication is delivered to me as I am housebound so its an absolute lifeline. When Ive had to ring the staff are always friendly and helpful. One lady even asked if I wanted her to drop my meds off as it was on her way home!

No option to wait for my prescription, told to come back later in the day. This is obviously not convenient for everyone to do. If this is the way they operate then it is poor customer service and they need to up their game.

Repeatedly Over Prescribing Medication!! This has happened numerous times!! An again today. I'm not sure what else needs saying other than prescribe what the registered Doctor has prescribed. Not what you see fit. You are putting people at risk l!

Very rude receptionist/ pharmacist. Half the time doesn't know what she's doing. Isn't very helpful, i ended up with a fine because of her. A few times been in the pharmacy been stood around waiting with people behind the till staring out us and her finally coming over and serving us.

I have been using peak pharmacy for about a year, the staff and the pharmacist have always been very polite and professional. I personally would congratulate them all they really are warm, friendly and considerate and there very compassionate with the customers. Top marks from me .

Great staff and helpful.. don't understand some people most of any issues at this chemist are caused by the lime square doctors which is a shambles.. (I left there a year ago so have no recent personal issues but still know people who are and have issues with the doctors and reception)
