Tasters Delicatessen

First time here and the service was very poor. I had my dog with me while shopping and I wanted to purchase some bread. The man,who I think was the owner came outside to serve me which was fine. He could clearly see I had no hands free and plonked my items on the table. He didn’t offer me a bag. So when I said can I have a bag please? after i had already paid he said, yeah but they’re 5p! Abruptly…Which I know but I obviously realised after paying that I didn’t have a bag for my items! A little act of generosity would have gone a long way. Poor customer service ! Go elsewhere

Absolutely horrendous customer service, no manners from the get go even with my polite greeting, when i asked for a few chilli flakes they abrubtly said 50p l, will not be visiting again tried to fight me after walking out the shop, dont appreciate getting spoken to like a naughty child, manners go a long way expecially with the public, will not be visiting again ever

The tomato and basil soup was the best and the sausage roll was full of meat and so tasty. A great place for a pit stop.I think we were the first to sit outside with take away food for a while. A friendly welcome. There’s always a warm welcome in Mold.

Popped in for a sausage roll and left feeling like a king, it was the best I've ever eaten, a true simple pleasure
