We went for Iftar, I was pleasantly surprised after reading the reviews, I wasn’t too hopeful. But the service was absolutely amazing, they even gave dates and water for free. The food came on time and was cooked well, they forgot one portion of chips when I brought it to their attention they quickly came and delivered some to the table without hesitation. And at the end the staff member was super nice, he was playing with my daughter and even offered her a free fruit shoot. Me and my family will definitely return.

Have ordered from them three times and every single time everything was spot on. The burgers are top-tier. Highly reccommend The Jacob and The Mexican! Fries are amonst the best i've had. Delivery always prompt and food hot and fresh. They've always mamaged to get my (very specific) order correct (kids all wanting different versions of the cheeseburger)!I was a tad concerned due to a few reviews of burgers smelling of lighter fluid so I did mention to them on on ordering and it has never been a problem.

Absolutely shockingly poor service. Same food has been ordered on different days but the portion size was at least half of the size as before. Took my food back to ask why there was such a large discrepancy in the portion size and due to the high cost of the food, I was surprised at how little I was given. 2 staff members argued with me regarding the weight of the food and both staff members gave me different amounts for how much the food is supposed to weigh. I asked if their portion sizes had changed overnight and I was told that the reason my portion was larger previously was because I was given some left over food from previous customers and it was added to my portion, so I'm quite upset that they are selling me left over food from previous customers which is no longer fresh. The shift manager laughed at me throughout the interaction and sarcastically said sorry for wasting your time" whilst laughing as I left the store after refusing to give me a refund on my card."

I came in yesterday around 10:30pm really looking forward to getting some good food.i queued up for 10 mins whilst being ignored the whole time which I found really strange. I then was advised it's closing time.... I was pretty confused as the sign states 11pm... The staff member then advised there's no stock left and all food has run out.i mean is that even possible ? I was literally stunned by the lack of customer service which I received and how I was told in other words they will not be serving me. I really will never be coming back here again.

3rd time ...doing this review after returning 6 months after last disappointed visit. Very poor . Cold fries ( I ordered in person so no delivery factors) burger was tasteless and only flavour was from the sauces. Drink was flat ...I spilt it in the sink after 3 rd sip. WORST Amigos... used to the good quality food from Acton branch before Covid. it appears this mass Franchise has messed it up .NEVER Will I be coming back to any Amigos again.

Went to Amigos for nachos and milkshake and got these burnt nachos. We have had them before, but never got burnt nachos. Also, when I told the staff lady to get a milkshake she told me to order from click and collect but immediately after me guys came in to order she took their order happily. So don't understand why this discrimination in taking orders. Won't be visiting this place again.

Went in today as my eldest wanted to try it out.Was welcomed by a lovely member of staff who helped assist the kids with their orders as the little one is fussy with his food.Pleasant experience,pleasant staff and lovely food.Only downer was that it's not a eat in place as I'd have loved to have taken on the amigo challenge.
