I was a bit concerned when I read some reviews regarding poor delivery service. I was moving into a new apartment and had to ensure the furniture was delivered on the day of our move. I went ahead regardless and was exceptionally impressed with the level of service provided by Canterbury furniture. Not only was the online purchasing process really smooth and easy but the customer service and the quick response time to queries were top notch too. I would highly recommend this company! The furniture was easy to assemble and it looks really good as well. For good quality affordable furniture, I urge you to use Canterbury furniture. Thank you for my experience and for proving to me that some reviews, although they may be valid in their own right, were not the truth behind each and every experience! I will definitely use this company again.

More than happy with this company, twice have ordered Pine Furniture for my bedroom and now the living room, first time a slight delivery delay by a day or so but they kept me informed, second time they called to arrange delivery 2 days earlier than expected! Good quality and good prices could not ask for more

I have purchased 10 beds, 4 wardrobes and 2 chest of drawers for rental properties. The quality is superb and the fact that they offer an assembly service, and remove and dispose of the old furniture, has set them apart from others.The prices are very good and they turned up with the items exactly at the pre-agreed times, which was essential as we did not have the time to wait around all day for a delivery.

Excellent choice of products, really pleased with the quality of dining room chairs that we purchased. Also excellent customer service, will be recommending to anyone looking for new furniture and will be back next time we need something.

They were very honest in what they said and pulled no punches although they were seriously late with our order they phoned at regular times and could not be more opologeticNice people to deal with

We ordered 2 tub chairs at lunchtime on Tuesday and two hours later, we were contacted with a free delivery time the following day. Although there had been traffic issues delaying deliveries on M20 on Wednesday afternoon, we were delighted to be notified and our furniture was delivered by private car. We have never experienced such personal attentions before with any company will definitely buy again from Canterbury Furniture as they certainly go that extra mile. Furniture was very good quality and value for money.

The worse experience ever! Took my money, then no sign of goods and in the end had to get my bank (fraud dept) to intervene. Totally unprofessional, lie after lie, after lie. I would recommend never to deal with this company.
