Second carpet from there now.Wow. Such amazing value. Was 1/6th the cost of carpet right .!!! Plus we got same day delivery included .Carpet quality is great .And the staff are amazing!!! . Treated as a person and they genuinely care . Unlike carpet right that only care about commission and sales numbers .

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! I went in with a carpet in mind and the lovely lady was more than helpful - even recommended a cheaper option that was similar! The delivery and fitting team arrived on time and were more than happy to answer any questions and ensure I was happy with how the carpet was fitted!

From the time I entered Jim Youngmans Carpets, the ladies at the desk were lovely, cheerpy, professional and very helpful. Today 'Wednesday' the lads turned up to fit my carpets, and what a cracking job they did, couldn't be happier. Overall my experience with Jim Youngmans was fantastic and I would have no hesitation in using them again, thankyou.
