Pre booked and it was easy to do. Staff were very helpful. Had taken one pair of shoes with me to check if he need new one's and was told he didn't. Which I found very helpful as he hadn’t had them long, this saved some money. Staff were very helpfulWe had pre booked but the shop wasn't that busy. Needed to do it earlier in the month as we are away. Prices are higher than we thought. But the quality of the shoes are very good

We went in to get my kids some new shoes for school, Eleanor took amazing care of us and was a big help with getting their feet sized. Truly amazing service here today!

Booked for kids fitting, was busy but was seen at our time Slot. Good fitting, staff were very patience with our young daughter who was not cooperating. Bought some lovely little first school shoes, fit well look sweet. Very expensive though but if the shoes last the whole school year then I guess price per wear is acceptable. Would have liked advice on how to care for them as patent.

AWFUL.If you’re child is a bit anxious about shoe fitting don’t go here. My daughter got very upset at the thought of changing her shoes and the shop assistants made us feel very uncomfortable. My husband apologised as we left, and they were all huddled talking about us and looked at us in disgust. We bought a pair of shoes out of despair and the size wasn’t even right having been measured. Would NEVER go back. Think they need some training. Same lady who served us was dealing with another child before us and said you can walk out of the store in those, to which the parents uncomfortably had to say sorry but we need to think about it, causing the boy to be upset. Once they left, we heard her grumble about them too. Not very professional. Made to feel like bad parents, with a sad toddler.

Rabesha (I believe her name was) was very helpful and patient and although they didn't have the size I was after in stock in store, she checked the stock levels of all the others just incase I decided to go for another option.

Pretty shocking service so far. First order couldn't be found at the shop. After 1hr 20 mins of waiting for customer service they agreed to send the order again but to my house. This order was never dispatched. Its been a few years since I ordered from Clarks who used to be great. So far I'm not impressed.

Great service. My daughter fell in love with 1 of lady's fitting her new wellies. Wasn't dragged out to make us spend more which I've found with other places so that was a big plus. Very good with toddlers/kids here, definitely recommend

Unfortunately, they did not have the correct shoe size, so they were trying to fit the kids with a size up shoes and put an insoles in to have them fit!!!The whole idea of Clarks was to have the kids' feet measured and have the correct size shoes fitted.

had a great experience here. the sales assistant Molly (i think that was what she said her name was) spent so much time making sure my shoes fit perfectly. i never felt rushed or like i was taking up too much time. thank you molly for making it such a fab experience!!!

Very good customer support. Helped me find my children school shoes. Friendly and helpful especially Megan and Anna. Calmed my boy down when he was nervous to get his feet measured. Music was a little loud but apart from that, all round good service.
