We dealt with a gentleman named AJ who delivered an absolute 5 star service. He was patient with our million and one enquiries, he took the time to really listen and appreciate our requirements whilst remaining professional and friendly. He definitely built a strong rapport with myself and my husband and honestly nothing was too much of an ask. He was even able to find us a far better rate than what was initially quoted. He’s a hard worker and he was available for us to contact on times he wasn’t even in the office! It’s been a seamless journey on his part (we were definitely the more picky customers) and I have already recommended AJ to family and friends and we will certainly be looking to come back to him for our future purchases. If the rest of the agents are anything like AJ, I have no doubt other customers will have the same experience. He’s an absolute asset to the company!! Trying to return a van I bought.Complaints department useless and are working against me.Now looking at legal action.They don't understand consumer law.Finance arranged by Clarissa who couldn't have been more helpful.Shocking company to deal with if you have a complaint.

Extremely satisfied. Zee has got excellent customer service skills. At one point, bumped into a technical issue. He was there all along, eager to solve it, which he did. Would definitely recommend to anyone, this is my 2nd experience with V12 (car finance r us), they are most friendly and extremely professional people. Thank you!

Had a really good experience with this company. They work around the clock to get their job done with professionalism. Would personally like to thank Zee who has been amazing throughout this whole process. He explained everything to me with details and was so patient with me. Honestly I wouldn’t have had my car without him. Credit is all due to him. Most loveliest, professional man who really knows what he’s doing. I applied for finance from this company for a specific vehicle. Zee called me and warned me away from that dealer, and said he would find me an alternative as I needed a specific model for my purposes. The car he found for me, and the dealer I bought it from, became an 8 month nightmare that only finally ended today with me selling the car with the engine light on (as usual).At the time, the phone call seemed a little unusual but genuine - now I suspect it was not.In no uncertain terms: this was the worst experience I’ve had with any vehicle in my entire life, and the most unscrupulous dealer. They didn’t even fulfil basic requirements such as ensuring I get a V5C form. Of course they also stopped answering the phone when the real problems started.I cannot overstate the expense and misery and danger this transaction brought upon me. Car trouble dominated my life for the best part of a year and put me in serious danger with motorway breakdowns while towing a 550kg horse on several occasions. I became close friends with a roadside assistance mechanic due to seeing him more than any other person I don’t work or live with. I got familiar with warning lights and OBD devices. I developed anxiety about starting the car for fear of what would happen next.I’ll only operate on personal recommendations from people I know from now on when it comes to vehicles.

What can I say? 10/10 service from Zee. Looked after the account from start to finish. Nothing was too much. Had a couple of issues with the car (not their fault) however , Zee was always there to advise and reassure us of all our options. Definitely went above and beyond. Great company and even greater staff! ⭐️⭐️

I wanted to come and leave a review for a salesman named Arslan. He was nothing but respectful and accommodating. Every question I raised ( no matter how silly) was answered with respect and understanding. Even after I spoke to him regarding other issues I was having. Arslan did everything he possibly could to help and assist me. I’ve honestly never met such a respectable person in my life and will 100% be recommending this company. Along with Arslan to anyone wanting help with finance
