Called in at the Watery Lane branch in Worcester and was greeted by the salesman Jake Howarth, explained that we had seen a CH-R and would like to know a little more about this vehicle, Jake was thorough and very up to speed on everything the CH-R has to offer, we went out on a test drive and were so impressed we ordered it when back off the test drive.All staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout our car purchase journey! Really can’t stress enough how happy we are not only with our purchase but throughout the whole process, Thank you we are now committed happy Toyota converts! Below is our purchase that we couldn’t be happier with. 5 stars all round from us.

Our Toyota prius was serviced today at Toyota Service 143 Bromyard Road, Worcester WR25DL.I am writing this review to say how pleased we were with the overall standard of service we received today.In particular mention must be made of Jamie who greeted us and attended to us prior to the service being carried out. Secondly of Ben the driver who drove us to and from Worcester while we waited for the car to be serviced. Keith the reception host was very friendly and welcoming too.We also must mention Jake the sales executive who chatted to us and gave us excellent information about the many different cars produced by Toyota.Finally Nick the Business Manager who took time out to chat to us. All of these members of the team are a credit to Toyota.I would thoroughly recommend this garage , we have always had our car serviced by Toyota and will continue to do so long into the future.Thank you so very much.

Great and efficient service from the after sales staff when my car was booked in for MOT, needed two bulbs, had them fitted in thus passing the MOT, great service would use again.
