They treated me with dignity and respect and were endlessly patient with my phone calls, emails and visits. The team at millercare deepdale have been amazing with my stepfather. He has a terminal illness and they have pulled out all the stops to help him live a better quality of life with a reconditioned stairlift and a mobility scooter. Even going as far as driving to our house with us with a different model of scooter to road test it on our kerbs. First class very supportive service. Thank you!

We were invited back and received such excellent after care from Ed the store manager. Not only did he fix the problem straight away, he organised us to have a replacement scooter to ensure we felt totally confident in using it. Nichola sorted it and I received my new scooter a few days later. Delighted with such excellent customer service.
