I came for lunch at about 12 and the restaurant wasn't very packed yet but progressively it became full closer to 1. I got the le Savoie burger. The aubergine was wonderfully flavourful and the patty was juicy (they will ask how you want your patty done). The stringy cheese is the cherry on top.I got the frites with raclette as well which I highly recommend. It may look like not much raclette was provided but there was a pool of it at the bottom of the frites.

Well this was a delightful surprise. Has been to the Victoria and Albert Museum a 2 minute walk away and was after some lunch.I was expecting everywhere to be packed and silly prices.However, walked straight in given a table and bottle of water.Great service from the staff, friendly and with a smile.Food arrived promptly and extra sauces I then requested were provided without charge.The chicken burger and fries were delicious and filling.Never felt rushed to get out. A wonderful experience all around.

I've often gone out of my way to try some of the worlds best burgers. When I came to Big Fernando though it was only because the V&A museum cafe was so busy.Not expecting much I got their signature burger with a beer and was blown away by how good it was.I'm not normally a fan of brioche buns but this one wasn't too sweet but still soft and light enough not to interfere with any of the flavors of the burger.The staff and kitchen served it at just the right temperature for consumption with the cheese still melting throughout.The atmosphere and nice weather just added to the overall experience of eating at this restaurant.

Tasty food. We really enjoyed the saucy burgers (I think it was the Raclette" burger). A pity they refused to serve a dessert because it was too late. An interesting side note: as a truly French restaurant (see Ratatouille) this place sports small rats running through your feet as you eat dinner... clearly this can be discomfortable to some guests. So watch out!"

I had a great dinner at Big Fernand. I had the Le Raclette with the paprika/garlic seasoned fries. The burger was delicious and cooked perfectly. The staff was incredibly sweet. They made me feel very welcome when I felt so far from my home in America. Absolutely recommend this place. Also the crème brûlée was wonderful! Thank you!

Dropped by this place for a dinner after museums and were positively surprised! Amazing burgers and very reasonably priced. Would recommend. We were lucky to have a table without reservation, but would recommend reserving

Nearly perfect burgers and very decent fries.The meat is premium, juicy and rich with flavour! But the buns are a bit too crumbly. This is a very minor nit-pick otherwise everything is amazing there including service and the overall atmosphere.

Best burger me and my partner have had in ages. Lovely soft, freshly baked bun, perfectly cooked, juicy burgers and raclette cheese straight off the wheel. The flavours are divine and if you go for the lunch deal it's £15 for any burger, fries (homemade) and drink. The staff are also really friendly, and kindly gave us a free drink and money off the bill following our feedback to them!Apparently they'll be opening more in the UK soon and we can't wait.
