Excellent. My cat always goes to Louise and he is very well looked after. Cattery is as clean and fresh as ever. My boy always comes home happy. Cannot complain about anything at all.

Louise really understands cat personalities. I know Mollie, my tabby, will be just fine with her. The amenities are very good at Hilltop, each cat having the luxury of a private rest room and a room off the main corridor, choice of menu and daily room service. What more could a cat want on holiday?

It's provided complete peace of mind to entrust my cat to Louise's care. Louise is exceptionally caring of my cat's welfare, looking after her really well. Any queries are helpfully checked by text when you are away. Makes going away much less of a worry when you know your cat is being looked after so well. Highly recommended. Thanks, Louise!
