Booked car in for rear end repair. When I arrived, it was clear they had forgotten that my car had been booked in and extended the collection date.When it came to day of collection, I rang to arrange pick up to find work hadn't even started. Very inconvenient as juggling Christmas shopping, a baby and a pram isn't fun!Then received a phone call to suggest collecting car as work wouldn't be carried out before Christmas. Very disappointing!!

Took my classic car for a total respray. The actual finish on the car was very good. However. unfortunately when it came to the re-fitment of doors, ect. all was not well! The door hinge screws were all burred, windows would not wind, wing mirrors were loose and one actually fell off when I was driving. wipers incorrectly fitted, so that on the way back it started to rain on the motorway, I had to pull in, one wiper snapped off!. Also nothing had been covered up when the hood was down whilst spraying, consequently, the overspray was horrendous, same in the boot, took me all day just to clean the hood. Same with the boot,. Large screws holding the door catch plates missing, only one screw in each. It's the attention to detail that needs addressing. But, If I had taken the car back instead of whining about it, I am sure it would have been sorted out, my fault on that score.

Very happy with the work carried out on my car. I took it in with some damage to the wing mirror and it was fixed quickly and was £20 cheaper than a quote I got from another garage. I'd definitely bring my car here for any body work it might need in future. The person who carried out the work on my car was very friendly and I felt like they were honest with me about the work needed too. Thanks so much!
