I've been attending Kat's classes for just under a year and can honestly say I love them! Kat is such a warm and welcoming teacher. Each class is varied, empowering and I leave with a smile on my face and joy in my heart.

When I walk into Kats Kundalini class, I know I am going to come out feeling revived, refreshed and just what I needed" . The energy in the room which Kat creates is electric and great fun. You can let go and forget everything and be just you. Kat is a great teacher and makes everyone feel so welcome and knows what you need."

Kat has an amazing way with her, nurturing the women and soothing the babies. Her passion for all things yoga is evident in her classes and seeing how well the women birth that attend the classes is truly amazing x

I’ve been attending Kat’s Kundalini yoga classes for a couple of years now. She has the most amazing way of teaching that instantly relaxes you whilst also having fun. Her classes are full of energy and I always come away with a huge smile on my face and in my heart. She is a very talented, experienced yoga teacher and this shows in the way she teaches. If you want to try another style of yoga that’s a little different or new to yoga Kat’s Kundalini classes are a great place to start and explore.
