I visited Beauty Blossom Salon for my first nail treatment with them, and I am very happy with the work done! They are very friendly and accommodating!

Had a facial and it was super nice, my skin felt smooth and hydrated for days after this. The place was very clean and just an amazing service, will be back :) I had my first facial with Alina that was great and another one with Judy, I recommend both. In particular Judy as she gave me a tailored treatment that really helped my skin in only one week to see a change! You can see how passionate she is about her work, the care tha she puts in each treatment, she realy wants to see good results, make sure the client is happy and having the best treatment according to their skin. Top facial each time with Judy and top face massage!

I have regularly visited Beauty Blossom for waxes and nail treatments for over 10 years. The service is impeccable; it is clear the team really value their clients both old and new. Always accommodating and friendly. Special mentions to owner Afshin, senior beautician Halina who have treated me so well over the years and their lovely dog Mishka who makes a trip to Beauty Blossom even better.

I really wanted to like this place as it has good reviews. The ladies running the salon are lovely and the prices are also very good for the area. I went for a manicure which is supposed to last 2 weeks and after one day my nails don't look that fresh anymore. They look if they are grown out for one week already. The cuticle skin wasn't pushed back enough.I will give the salon a second try as I think that the service was fast and clean otherwise.

I had a facial with Judi and waxing with Halina. Both ladies were very friendly and professional. The facial was relaxing and left my skin clean and glowy. Waxing was great and not painful at all. The salon is clean and cosy. Happy with both treatments.

Amazing place!I have been here a couple of times and Shagufta is the absolute best doing my eyebrows and nails!She is extremely detailed and every service is done to the highest quality!

Dear OwnersI trust this review finds you well. Regrettably, I must bring to your attention my deep dissatisfaction with one of your staff members, Shegufta . Several instances have raised serious concerns about her professional conduct, and I feel compelled to outline a few clear examples.1. Excessive Phone Calls: Shegufta has repeatedly called me to question the services received after a treatment and payment matters. It seems inappropriate for her to directly engage with the client rather than addressing such concerns with her colleagues.2. Unprofessional Discussion: Shegufta has discussed other staff members with clients in an unprofessional manner, which reflects poorly on the salon’s image.3. Requesting Personal Details: Shegufta has requested personal details from clients to contact them outside working hours, a practice that raises privacy concerns.4. Questioning Working Ethics: Shegufta questioned my working ethics in relation to a vulnerable person I bring to your salon, who suffers from anxiety. On two occasions, when the client had to cancel due to valid reasons, Shegufta handled the situations inappropriately. (3 day notice was given of cancellation)5. Payment Policy: Today, Shegufta informed me that payment must be made before treatment, even though the client has consistently spent a significant amount in your salon. This sudden change in payment policy is both surprising and disconcerting.I am hesitant to bring these matters to light, but today’s incident has compelled me to address them. I request that you investigate this matter urgently, as Shegufta actions reflect on your branch’s reputation. I will also be contacting trading standards to understand my rights in this regard.I trust you will take prompt and appropriate action to address these concerns.Sincerely,Queeny Singh

Beauty Blossom is the best. I’ve been coming here for years and chose it as the place to get a shellac french manicure before my wedding. Shegufta did such a careful, beautiful job - I think it’s the nicest my nails will ever look! Special mention to Halina (and her adorable dog Mishka!) who creates an amazing atmosphere in the salon.
