Amazing Cornish Cottage Holiday.This is the second time we've stayed at court farm, and this was even better than the first.The Cottage was superb and has absolutely everything you need. The facilities are excellent and if you have kids of any age Court Farm is the perfect place. The staff are lovely, booking was easy and prices very reasonable.Book your stay right now!

What a fabulous holiday - the cottage has every possible thoughtful family- focussed amenity (especially appreciated by us with a two and four year old); the farm itself is a total blast - including heated swimming pool with exclusive use, farm animal feeding sessions, multiple play areas and toys for all ages - rain or shine you will have the most glorious time. You can even borrow beach equipment and toys for visits further afield (only 10 mins in a car). Our profound gratitude to Hayley in particular who was unflappable with my multiple queries and requests and so gracious and welcoming a host but also the whole team who made our stay just glorious.

A wonderful weekend spent with friends in Lower Northcott farmhouse . So warm and cozy and great for a big gathering . Excellent hot tub and facilities .

What a treat! My friends were kind enough to invite me along to their holiday at Court Farm this October. The house had everything we needed, it was full of practical kitchenware, wash machine/tumble, towels ect all day to day items had been well thought out with clear house hold instructions. The swimming pool and hot tub was a cracking extra for the wet days! Location was close to Bude and other beautiful beaches.

We stayed at Court Farm House for a mini pre-Christmas weekend away. The hosts were very welcoming, easy going and helpful with anything we needed. The place was very clean and child friendly. We had a great time and it felt like a home away from home!

A great break away in little northcott. Well equipped with great service from the owners.We loved the animals! Had a great walk to the nearby beach and enjoyed switching off from our usual busy lives!

Absolutely fab place. We stayed for a week. The house was top quality and the owners couldn't be more helpful. Kids loved the Easter trails and were delighted with the prizes. Everyone enjoyed the pool very much which was a great facility. The animal feeding was done very well in an inclusive way for everyone. Well done Vicky!

Very good experience in this place. The cottage was clean and cosy with everything you need for a pleasant family stay with young children. The children loved greeting the farm animals and feeding them, as well as enjoying the heated indoor pool and hot tub in the cottage's private garden. Court Farm is very well situated for touring the area and the owner was kind enough to let us stay as long as we wanted on the day of departure.

We stayed here in Sycamore cottage for a week with 3 generations of family- what can I say … we have stayed in many a self catering accommodation and never have we stayed anywhere so perfectly adapted for children. Every detail - from blackout blinds to bedguards, baby bath, changing mats, high chairs and chair booster seats… you really don’t need to bring anything with you! We made use of all the facilities - our own hot tub, the beautiful swimming pool, feeding the animals on the farm, the tennis court, play area (both indoor and outdoor) and large selection of toys for all ages. The location is in a beautiful and quiet village yet there are amenities such as the village shop and lovely Weir are within walking distance. We went to a number of beautiful unspoiled beaches a short drive away as well as a steam railway. I couldn’t recommend this place to stay enough and we will certainly be back again! We have just returned from a week at Court Farm holidays. We stayed in the Shippen Barn and we had the most amazing week in Cornwall. The barn had everything we needed and anything extra we needed was available straight away, the owners are so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for venturing out every day to different beaches and the pub opposite is friendly and handy if you fancy a few drinks in the evening.our 1 year old loved the swimming and it was great that you can book the session and have the pool to yourselves. We got engaged this trip and I'm grateful to court farm for making our holiday special, thank you.
