Just wasn't given all information about paperwork to bring so had to return home to collect. This extended the process by an extra hour. Apart from that great service.

They agreed a price, purchased my car but I never received the money. When I called they said there had been a administration error and now they can't buy my car. I have had to wait 6 days so far to get my car back and today they have got it to their site.It has a damaged wheel, they have lost one key, the back panel has a scratch and it has done over 50miles. I have had to refuse to take it back and it is now in the hands of my solicitor.Be careful as it stands I'm £16k out of pocket and no car. Plus I don't know what the car has been used for.I was told it was taken away and brought back on a lorry so how has it gained over 50 miles?They also informed the dvla I'm no longer the registered keeper and I may have to go on the V5 as another owner!Fuming!

Ignore all the bad reviews. We had a good experience here. The young gentlemen who dealt with us was pleasant to speak to.Although we did not accept the original offer, we got a little better price after a few minutes of discussion.I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. And the money was in my bank account 15 minutes later, for which they charge £30. I'm not complaining though

Awful experience. Came to sell my 2005 Saab today with an online valuation at around £900, still below what the car is worth but I need it gone. The chap who carried out the inspection" didn't fill me with much confidence when he struggled to find his way around the car

**DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, GO TO 'MOTORWAY' TO SELL YOUR CAR**The online system generated a price. My car is and was in brilliant condition at the time of the appointment. When the inspection was carried out I was offered £650 less than the agreed price online. I took my chances with Motorway and managed to sell my then car for £800! more than 'We Buy Any Car' offered me. Would recommend 'MOTORWAY' and not to sell with 'We Buy Any Car'.

I got the valuation yesterday and made an appointment for today. The car is sold at the expected price. Really pleased with how quick the process was and the professionalism of staff at Hampton.

Goons. Rip offs and fraudsters. They price the car . Then knock of money. For even a single small scratch they would say , oh it would cost £500 to get that done. Then they will try to pick any engine noise and term it as bad as they can when it’s not Nd would say oh it’s gonna cost another £1200 to get it repaired as it doesn’t sound good. And then quote you price less than the scrap value of car when you can get much more than that from any scrap dealer. Totally rip offs and waste of time. Never trust them
