Sawseas nails & Beauty Rooms

I’ve been coming here on and off for years. Unfortunately, it’s gone further and further downhill. The only reason this place has good reviews is because of the incentive to leave a 5 star review to get £5 off nails.The service recently has been awful.I came in for a take off and full set, and was told 15 mins wait. After an hour, I still hadn’t been seen. If she had told me how long it would be, I would have come back later. An hour and 15 later, she started but was constantly on her phone and stopping, which was so frustrating considering how long I had to wait. The service was rushed and has left me with glue and acrylic all over my nails and hands, as well as a messy paint job. The nails aren’t awful but not good at all. Save your money

Terrible customer service from one lady she didn’t do my nail the way I wanted them, she told me I couldn’t put colour on them because she used pink acrylic lool and she made me pay £30 for long length nails when I wanted short just a shambles tbh and the £5 offer off doesn’t exist lol she told me she couldn’t do it because her “boss” wasn’t in to confirm. A joke!!

Jolie at this nail place did an amazing job on my nails. She was both patient and highly skilled. I’m thrilled with the result and would highly recommend this nail salon

i love SawSeas nail salon, everyone is always so lovely, and always make sure they take time on making my nails perfect, i’ve used this salon for years and i’d never change, i always love my nails, and they can also do incredible designs! :)

Horrible customer service & nail work!!!Take your money and go somewhere else as you won't get the service you asked for. This was the first time i went there due to good reviews but it was my last. First the lady was on her phone most of time attending calls and not paying attention to what I ask for. She didn't get the colour or design right and than told me the colour i picked won't suit me. It was the worse place to get my nails done. When I asked to add charms on my nails she started to have a go at me and talk to her colleague in her language which was rude as I didn't understand. I checked when I made the appointment for the charms and was told they will do it. I paid £45 for waiting for 2 hours and rabbish nail work which is nothing like the picture I showed her. The lady told me the infill will cost £27 but i was overcharged (£45). They forced their customer to pay them cash and refused to take card payment. If you don't have cash they will bully you to get cash to pay or do bank transfer to avoid paying their taxes. The funny part is in their salon they display a card to give them a good review for their service and with proof you can get £5 off on your next appointment. Now I understand why they have good reviews. What a joke!!!Get your staffs some training in customer service and nail work if you want good reviews!!!
