Eden Mobility Portsmouth

I visited the Portsmouth store as part of my initial research into mobility scooters. I was greeted by David Day in a most helpful and friendly manner and he patiently explained the various options available to me and showed me various models. He fully understood when I explained that as this was my first venture into this form of transport I wanted to see what other suppliers were offering. At no time did he put me under pressure to make a purchase.After visiting other suppliers I was satisfied that Eden Mobility could supply the best vehicle for my needs and eventually I elected to purchase a Bootmaster Elite. I would emphasise that David did not sell the vehicle,it was my decision to buy.The subsequent financial aspect of the transaction was effortless and concluded to our mutual satisfaction.All in all a stress free experience.

Unfortunately I have walking difficulties so I've bent to my wifes wishes to buy a wheelchair. Went here as it's round the corner from where we live. What a lovely place. The staff were friendly and could not do more to help us. Top marks.

Guy new what he was talking about, bought a lovely little runaround too help me with my walking or lack of it I should say.

Extremely helpful, and put right problems promptly

Will not recommended this product at all. Bought a recliner chair in June. A castor fell off after 3 weeks and we are still waiting for a replacement to be fitted 3 months later. Dreadful customer service, I call regularly and get fobbed off each time. Even the complaints department never bothered to get back to me.

David at Eden mobility Portsmouth was very helpful and patient with my elderly father and showed him several options of mobility aids He was also very knowledgable on their products. David and Ryan were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble for them. Will definitely return if we want any further help, or an upgrade of the wheelchair brought

Not happy my wife has a scooter from them on mobility she has a puncher when she phoned for repair they said sorry but he's out sick you will have to wait not very good service

The products are very good quality,don't know what my mum would have done without them this past week.
