I had my first visit to see Sammy B for a colour this week. After having a complete disaster a few years ago I was VERY nervous. I have very fine hair and worry about achieving a natural look. Sammy B was fab. We had a consultation where she listened to what I wanted and explained how to get the result I hoped for.On the day I was greeted and made to feel very relaxed. Sammy B talked through the process and explained how balayage would be right for me and explained every step.I am so happy with my hair, she did an amazing job.The whole salon is lovely. Sammy B, the other beauticians and hairdresser were all friendly, chatty and welcoming.An overall 5 star experience. Thank you.
