With Megabus, you book and pay your tickets but the bus is full and you can't get in. So you loose the other tickets of you trip (train and ferry), you must pay additionnal tickets, book and pay an hôtel, loose 1 day in total. But Megabus does not refond anything. Worst service" ever."

I understand is low cost but my bus left 20 minutes late and arrived over 30min late, the customer service is totally lacking and online assistance will give no reply on any issue, overall rubbish experience

0 star.I booked a ticket from Birmingham to london. Bus came after one hour of given time. I texted the given contact number,but there was no response.I had reserved a seat,but that seat number is not available on the bus.Staff was also not supportive. When I asked about my reserved seat, he said, Sorry
