In the lea of cliff scenery, set behind the long sandy beach and dunes at St Cyrus, spend a while exploring the silent beauty of this wee graveyard with the watchman's house in the front corner to keep an eye out for bodysnatchers and graverobbers.

Historic place set below stunning cliffs. It is here you will find the kirk yard. Interred here amongst other notable public figures is George Beattie the famous local poet. His story is a very interesting one and also very sad. See the beautiful carvings on the gravestones, many dating from the 1700's. If you like local history you will enjoy it here.
