Unfortunately not good, problems with delivery, must have emailed at least 6 times with issues and though they are solved it keeps happening. Sent a pinkish dorma king / superking padded bedspread to them recently they returned a white king non padded!?? Not had a reply about this yet, did ask if it was safe to send this and the lady in the office said yes it was as long as it was clearly labelled, which it was - really feel as though they don't care at the moment, granted I am only a small cottage but really feel their customer service could be alot better.
