Shorinji Kempo is a really interesting martial art to practice and has a lot to offer for both beginners and experienced martial artists. This club is great to train with, everyone is really friendly and the teacher is very knowledgable and supportive.

I met a lot of very nice people in this dojo. The part I like the most of Shorinji Kempo is that is not only about the technique, but there is a deep philosophy behind to learn and share with the community. Each session makes me feel better and at peace with myself.Our sensei is great and very friendly. It’s a pleasure to train together, I never felt the pressure of being left behind or being rushed in improving. I tried several combat sports, but nothing made me feel fulfilled and happy as Shorinji kempo

Love this dojo! Everyone are very friendly and eager to learn. The trainer is also very skilled and teaches everything in the proper way. The session is very enjoyable and you can go at your own pace so no pressure at all. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A very welcoming, friendly & fun dojo (training hall) to practice Shorinji Kempo, it is also very nice, big and clean!The Sensei (Instructor) there is very professional and skilled. He will tailor the teachings to your need/level, so it doesn't matter if you are a new beginner or an old learner.Shorinji Kempo is very unique as it focuses on both the Body - physically and the Mind - mentally. It is a very practical martial art as many of the techniques are very useful even in everyday life. It also doesn't matter what your body size or build is as Shorinji Kempo is suitable for all fitness levels and body types.I really enjoy training here as I learn a lot of different techniques and I get a good work out! I also love our end of month social where we go to different places to try out and eat yummy food together! ❤️

The place is really clean and the floor is ideal for martial arts.Sensei Calvin Lo (4th dan) has years of experience teaching Shorinji Kempo and always manages to make every class really fun and interesting.I'd recommend to anyone looking for self defence, meditation or exercising.

This is an amazing dojo. 100% friendly and supportive people and very knowledgeable, kind and patient teacher Calvin. Everyone can work on their own pace which is extremely helpful for those of us busy with work and other commitments. What is also a big plus is that this dojo is part of the United Kingdom Shorinji Kempo Federation, meaning, that by joining one has a link with the original Japanese Shorinji Kempo organisation and can take part in online seminars run by real masters of this martial art. Can't recommend enough.

Good atmosphere and teacher has great skill.If you don't have experience about Shorinji Kempo, no problem at all! Teacher will teach to you from basic skill and spirit. I recommend this place to practice Shorinji Kempo.From Japan.
