I never leave reviews, but this one warranted it. One gentleman employee didn't change his gloves for a long time, and he was preparing many different sandwiches, was in and out of the kitchen, touching everything, the cash register, food, desserts, changing bottles, etc, all with the same gloves. Lots of cross-contamination. What if any of us had allergies to any of the food as well? The lady employee next to him however did change them between orders. I was planning to even ask him to change his gloves if I got him, but then I got the lady to start, and then he took over and it was too late to ask. Also after doing my sandwich he grabbed cookies (without tongs) and almost threw the cookies/sandwich at me and left me to pay and leave without a word. Not happy with this service at all, put me off eating the meal.

Great staff very helpful but awfully slow and very understaffed. Normally 1 person doing the full queues orders while 2-3 are doing online or pick up orders.

Popped into this Subway.. ordered two meal deals.. they were incredibly busy and had clearly just deal with a rush of students at lunch.. but they were doing their upmost to serve the queue quickly despite looking understaffed.. good service overall.

I use this subway often as its nice and easy to get to and has parking unlike the ones in town. The staff are very polite and usually don’t have to wait long to be served. Can’t go wrong if you have a subway card too it soon mounts up to a free subway every now and then. Photos taken on a Saturday lunch time.

Absolutely shocking service. Came in to an empty store a good 2 hours before closing, to no staff visible and terrible rap music blaring from the back kitchen. Stood for a good 5 minutes, calling out to get served before leaving the store completely.

The coffee machine has been out of order for months.The food is nice enough.Often understaffed but when there are enough people on duty the service is swift.Staff are always polite and friendly.

Had an amazing experience here. I believe the lady who may be in charge toaday (Sarah) was very good. Very knowledgable on dietary needs and products and offers not obvious to customers. Even pointed out when she noticed NHS card that we were entitled to a discount.All staff professional and very polite and happy.A credit to the business will definitely return if in the area again.

Very disappointed with the lack of customer service.Hygiene not very good, looked dirty behind counter, topped up new salad over the old. Leaning over the other server while he was preparing food.

Would give it 0 if I can. The staff would blatantly lie in your face. Wanted sweetcorn in a wrap and one staff lied right in my face saying no sweetcorn while another is refilling the tub right next to her. Same staff was heating up meatballs and the same lying staff plus other said there're no meatballs. Would have walked out if I wasn't ordering for someone. Would advise anyone to starve than to spend time in this branch
