Superb service and turnaround, car was collected and fixed really quickly. We had a great little loan car while ours being repaired, and the Autotech representative made sure I was satisfied with everything before I drove mine away. Then a few days later, a follow-up phone call to make sure nothing had been overlooked. Thanks again for taking such great care.

Autotech Slough were contracted by our insurers to repair our car following an accident. They kept us updated at each stage of the process, ensuring that we knew when our car would be picked up, a replacement provided and when the assessment would be completed. Despite having to deal with the fallout of an accident they made the recovery and repair process seamless. They did a fab job and their customer service was excellent. They even topped up our car after I mentioned I had filled the replacement care, completely unprompted.

Repairs completed to a great standard. Kept updated throughout the process. Could have been better communication between Autotech and enterprise re. Hire car needed for longer than initially expected. But otherwise communication was really good.
