Matthew has just repaired my washing machine - thank heavens! He diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed the problem. He also showed me a feature which will save time and therefore electricity which was brilliant! I definitely recommend him.

Price are too high for service . Gentleman did my washing machine which was just blocked . My husband asked man if 150£ in cash is enough, he said it is ok and took all the money . Normality price for that service is 50£ !!!. I was so shocked when I found out how that service is expensive. Just be carefull please and check prices in others services places. Not recommended.

Very unhappy. We had an issue with our washing machine not working.TL;DR: Paid £125 for a 'fix' we didn't want and now have to fork out more for a proper fix.The engineer was in such a rush that we did not have any time to digest what we were being told. We were in a daze after he left, with no idea what just happened.He went ahead with the 'fix' without explaining or asking if it was what we wanted. If we had the choice we would have saved the money.The 'fix' was to disable our broken dryer function, charge us £125 for parts and labour, then to explain he would NOT fix the dryer properly, and we would have to buy a new washing machine.He also would not let us keep the broken part, making me suspicious whether it was even broken.So now we have to pay even more for another engineer to fix whatever this guy left us with, or get a new washer.If we had the choice we would have saved the money on the bodged fix and put the money towards a proper fix!

Prompt and efficient service. Most pleased.
