Force 4 Chandlery Shamrock Southampton

I was looking to buy buoyancy aids for me and my son. Looking on their website I found the ones that I wanted but checking the availability was shown out of stock. However, I noticed that there were in stock in the Force 4 Chandlery Lymington shop instead. I called them and they said my buoyancy aids will be sent next day to Southampton shop (free of charge). I had a text day day that my buoyancy aids has arrived. All I had to do was to go there and collect them. Excellent service and very friendly people! Would definitely shop again! Thank you!

Searching online for a new Gill jacket and found the Gill Pilot (previous years style) for less than half price. Purchased on the back of the price and paid for standard delivery, DPD £5.95. Happy to pay a little more with dispatch via DPD than risk a delivery via Hermes or yodel. Purchased Friday, arrived Monday. Excellent service which easily overlooked when things go right.

Covinient if local, more expensive than other chandlers for almost all stock, unless a part is needed urgently I would use another supplier. Have found staff at this branch to be rude and unhelpful.

Bought buoyancy aids for the family here. Very good service, genuine and not pushy. Didn't have one in my size so called their other shops to check stock. Would definitely shop again

Always helpful and if they don't have it they can likey find it at one of the other local branches, plus online orders with a decent web shop. When you need it now, it's the place to go.

Really bad company. They will not reply to emails, return phones calls or answer the phone. We are trying to get a refund for the wrong Navionics charts they have delivered but we can not contact them to return goods for a refund. Warning do not use.

Been here many times, often buying stainless bits & pieces. Great shop with extensive inventory and all great guys working there.

If I could give no stars, I would. I went along on Sunday afternoon to seek some guidance and hopefully buy some buoyancy aids for my family. After about 10 mins in the shop, I went over to the staff (both of which were heavily distracted by a couple who appeared to be buying a dinghy) and asked for a bit of help and assistance. I shouldn't have wasted my time, the response was absolutely shocking and it as very apparent that I wasnt really that important as a potential customer. The little assistance that I was offered was not very helpful at all. I then decided to stop wasting my own time and promptly left.Don't waste your time here guys, unless you want to buy a dingy, they apparently get top priority when it comes to customer service.Thank you though, because it made me decide to drive to Andark in Swanwick, where the service was nothing shy of exceptional.

Wonderful service from the team at Force 4. We were somewhat awkward asking for a display item over a boxed newer variant that did not look as good for what we wanted. But this was not trouble for them and we left super happy customers. Thank you for the great service; definitely recommend.
