Craig was very professional, and responded to my query very quickly and even squeezed me in inbetween appointments to get my chimney swept ASAP. Craig did a great job and I would highly recommend him!

Paid to remove a nest from my chimney. Spent a long time and it should have caused alarm bells that when I popped out for 2 minutes, they miraculously finished the job by the time I returned. Didn’t remove the whole nest and a fire started in the chimney upon my next light. Nearly burnt down my house had it not been for the firemen. Gave them plenty of opportunity to work with me once I told them of the situation but they ghosted me. I really gave them lots of time to call me back, but they avoided me.Basically they took my money and didn’t complete the job. They put my family’s lives in danger. They nearly caused my house to burn down. They ignored me even though I gave them opportunities to talk to me and work with me.Avoid like the plague.
