I needed the services of a hot tub engineer as mine was tripping the RCD. Amos came out and methodically isolated the fault and fixed the problem (heater had gone). Within 1 hour he had completed the job and the hot tub was up and running. I would highly recommend this company to fix your hot tub.

My original retailer ceased trading and until I found Acquatek I struggled to get any service and support once my hot tub was out of warranty as other retailers won't assist if you bought your tub elsewhere. Most tubs are imported, and I found myself dealing with an importer of a Canadian manufactured tub based in Holland, which is pretty hopeless when you need a replacement sensor or other non-DIY repair. In my case, they had no remaining UK service hub!Amos (of Acquatek) is a busy independent guy, very reliable, but in high demand due to such issues, so be patient. My general advice, buy only popular hot tub brands from long established retailers and check UK support network before purchase. If your retailer is the sole importer be cautious as if they cease trading you will struggle.I am fortunate that Amos is fairly local, but it took me weeks to find an independent service engineer as most retailers are unhelpful even if still in warranty unless you bought via them. It also seems fairly common for unscrupulous hot tub retailers to appear and suddenly cease trading. Fortunately, it is not difficult to do basic DIY servicing like water change, filter cleaning etc. But if a pump or sensor fails, getting professional service can be challenging, albeit most parts are universal. When my pump failed, I could obtain the part, but couldn't find a fitter until by good fortune I found Amos. Highly recommend Acquatek, who have helped me on three occasions in the last few years.
