Clearing my parents house was a massive job.Pauline was incredibly responsive, efficient and kind through the whole process. She has been quick and trustworthy, communicating with me all the way which was very reassuring. It was good to have a reliable service in a difficult situation.I would absolutely recommend Pauline and her services, no hesitation.

Miss House Clearance were absolutely wonderful. They completely cleared my brother's property, which was not straight forward. They worked hard and quickly and are very environmentally aware donating items to various organisations and charities rather than just sending everything to landfill.They are very friendly and professional people. Pauline and Phil along with their team were absolutely fantastic. They offer an excellent, professional and affordable service. They were prompt at getting back to us with queries, when other clearance companies did not. They explained everything and always made sure we felt comfortable in what we got rid of. Having never used clearance before, I had no idea how liberating it feels to get rid of clutter that we cling to because of our memories and had never even heard of clearance services. Pauline and Phil explained everything in detail and came in person to give quotes which gave us a sense of security as they clearly care about their work and customers.They were very kind and I appreciate that they donate items to charities, as I feel uncomfortable simply throwing things away. It was a relief to have both Pauline and Phil helping as lot of the stuff they cleared was related to bereavement and years of memories linked to the clutter. They were very compassionate about this.They are also incredibly hardworking, and managed to clear and take away three large rooms worth clutter (built up within six years) along with junk in numerous wardrobes, desks, under stairs etc all within two days. They made sure to clarify potentially important items such as paperwork, photos and keepsakes giving us the choice of keeping or not. This was greatly appreciated.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and am planning on getting them back to do the rest of the house and garage!

Pauline and Phil have been and cleared and organised my home. They are very caring and do an amazing job. Nothing was too much or hard. I have been in this property 6 years and today 3.3.23 is the first time my home has been a home. Not only have they given a home they have given me a new look on life. Pauline is a gentle woman with a heart of gold. Her company has been donating books to me for free when they discovered I am building a library back in Nigeria for children to get access to free entertainment and educative books. I am glad I met her and appreciate she and her team for their efforts to help out.
