Nails looked pretty and lasted well, I have fast growing nails and took them off after 2 weeks of growth. This is the picture I have from after taking them off. The technician truly damaged my nails when shaping and filed into the natural nailbed. The acrylics looked fine (some of the nails were off angle-wise but nothing major), lasted fine but the damage is not worth it. They use tips under acrylic and their pricing sign offers gel powder" which doesn't exist and is a key indicator of the lack of skill.Go to the place across the street for a far better experience."

First pedicure since lockdown. All precautions being taken. Asked to wash hands on arrival. Everyone wearing masks and staff thoroughly cleaning everything

speedy service, friendly staff. Pretty box standard nail gel at a reasonable price :) would try again.

I love coming to Ruby nails. The people there are so lovely friendly and very funny ! The quality is great and if I ever have a problem they're more than happy to fix it. Very sad to see these negative reviews . That isn't my experience at all.

I came here today with my boyfriend he was sound pedicure I was changing my colour on my toes. My partner feet no different pedicure take 20 min max and is not done properly at all my partner payed £23 to have dry skin left.The person who paint my nails absolutely rude UV lamp touch my nails each time coulor dint cover nails properly no oil added on the end £20 worth absolutely s..t job will never come back to that place and if any one ask me about it I will tell them the truth . I give one star just to leave the comment!!!!

Used for years, but they have put up prices up so much, board on wall is never correct price, i have basic nails my nails chipped within 2 days

I got my nails done here on 26th April 2023 and 3 days later my nails started to chip. I couldn’t go back over the bank holiday weekend so went in May 4th to see if they would fix it.Since I couldn’t remember the nail colour, the person at the shop accused me of lying. Asked if I was sure I got it done at his shop as there is another one nearby. The other one, JK nails bar, is where I usually go, but I had to go to Ruby instead as JK were full that day. So I’m certain this peeling nail job that’s caused my nails to break was done by Ruby Nails.Don’t ever go there, wait and get your nails done at JK nails, which is a minute walk away and do a fantastic job.

AVOID THIS PLACE - I went for a simple gel manicure and they have butchered my nails. I had to go to another salon immediately to get them removed. The second salon couldn’t believe how much they had damaged my nails. Ruby nails had Filed the top layers of my nails away to the point my nails are painful to the touch. Filed the sides of my nail and clipped them so much they are red raw and inflamed. Lots of tiny cuts that are super painful. Terrible service and rude when I flagged the issue. Plus the gel was all thick and clumpy and already peeling when leaving the salon. This place is cheap for a reason but save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. This place needs to close down. My nails are now super sore and I can’t have gels on for a while whilst the nail beds recover. Shameful place and customer service even worse. They weren’t even willing to discuss. Just ignored me before shouting “no refunds”

Amazing experience at Ruby Nails Carshalton yesterday - they did a great job with my sns! Thank you! Lovely, friendly people running the salon - I will definitely be back soon!
