Plumber arrived same day as I called very quick responsive company to deal with. Scott was a polite professional guy well happy with his work.

I had a new shower installed and a toilet repaired in my home. The plumbers from MPH arrived on time, were extremely friendly, did a great job and even cleaned up afterwards! I was particularly grateful, especially as I had been let down by several other plumbing companies over the pst few months to come and do this work for me. Thanks!

Got in contact with MPH for a boiler relocation and new boiler installation, we agreed on a fixed price while Duncan inspected the works to be carried out, which he was at my home for maybe 5 minutes.Paid half upfront and agreed on a date for him to come and install, tuesday came no sign of anyone, yet had all the materials delivered, got in contact with them and had to reschedule for another day, day prior to the new date had a call to say the cost had gone up £400.Cancelled the job right after, not trustworthy at all.10/10/23

So very thankful for the work that MPH have done in installing our bathroom. Greg was fantastic throughout; friendly, courteous, hard working, meticulous and communicating with us every step of the way. The quality of his workmanship shines through! You've helped us create our favourite room in our house... how do we live in any other room now???

Great service. I’m very happy with the work provided. When a little leak was noticed they came back and fixed it promptly and didn’t charge me which I thought was very professional. I would be happy to recommend them.

As you can see from the pictures the finished product; my bathroom, has turned out better than I had imagined.Steve and his apprentice Jacob have done a fantastic job and I am so pleased with their work that they carried out.Steve has been very patient with me, listening to my requests, and paying attention to the minor details that I asked for.They have completed the work to a very high standard and I would highly recommend their services.Thank you so much.

Unfortunately had a terrible experience with MPH Plumbing. I was made aware that they charge by the hour (£90) before the plumber attended the property, which I agreed to. It was estimated to hang a radiator this will take <1hr.Upon visit by the plumber, he reviewed what the job entailed and needed some parts which he didn’t have with him. As a result, he had to travel elsewhere to find the parts. By the time he came back, we were already 40 mins but unbeknownst to me, the time the plumber was away sourcing the parts, it was still chargeable to me. Therefore, the hanging of the radiator will now go into the 2nd hour. In addition, we needed a short length 10mm plastic pipe, but apparently the stores don’t keep small lengths therefore have to buy longer lengths at £70. And MPH can’t sell me the length I need thus have to pay for the whole long piece. I was not happy that the bill was sky rocketing looking at over £250 already. I asked the plumber to sort something out on price and was not happy that I effectively was being penalised for them not having the required parts. If it was another customer and plumber had the parts, then they would benefit. He contacted the office and after almost a further 40 mins (total 90 mins in so far with no works started) I was told the office can’t do anything about the price. What was the most infuriating part was that since we’re already 90 mins in, the job is now likely to go into the 3rd hour which is chargeable! I was flabbergasted by this. The office took 40 mins to come back with a response, and they think that’s chargeable. Any person with the right mind will know if a customer has raised a dispute, you have to “pause” and stop the clock, and investigate the matter. I then offered to charge me 2 hours plus the parts, but they said no! Either pay £90 for the first hour gone and they’ll leave, or pay for 3 hours plus parts to complete the job. Paying the £90 means they lose 30 mins of money anyway, so why not just agree to the 2hours I proposed plus parts, do the job and get on your way. But nope they didn’t agree. So reluctantly after having nothing done, I paid £90.Few weeks later, I sourced another plumber who was able to find a 1m length 10mm pipe for a few pounds and not the £70 I would’ve had to pay with MPH!Never use MPH again.

Steve recently refurbished our en suite bathroom and did an excellent job. His professionalism and his care and attention to detail, was very impressive. We are very happy with his work.

MPH ripped out a very poor newly installed Wickes bathroom that was only half a year old and fitted a brand new bathroom that we love. From start to finish, they were professional, timely, tidy, and listened to everything we wanted, even down to the finer details. Jacob was extremely tidy and professional with the rip out of the old bathroom. Steve installed our new bathroom and did such a brilliant job, he went above and beyond to get a finish we really wanted, I don’t think anyone could have done a better job. The whole process was great from start to finish and I will be using MPH for any work I may need doing in the future. Thoroughly recommend!
